Submission Guidelines

We are currently accepting submissions for Volume V through Scholastica. If you would like to submit directly to the journal, please email uchiblr@uchicago.edu and address your message to Matthew Dumm, our Executive Articles Editor. Please note whether it is an exclusive submission. 

Submissions of shorter articles for our Online Edition are accepted year round. We are open to submissions on any topic and look for timely pieces that comment on recent events or developments in the law. A piece for our Online Edition should be between 2,000 and 5,000 words. If you are interested in publishing an online article, please email uchiblr@uchicago.edu and address your message to Mary Clare Neisess, our Executive Online Editor.
